Council Tax
Wednesday, 25 April 2018 14:53
At its meeting in January, the Parish Council agreed a precept of £56,000 for 2018/19. The precept forms the majority of funding available to the Council to carry out services in the parish & is collected on its behalf by Allerdale Borough Council. Most Seaton householders occupy a property designated as Band A, B or C, & the 5% increase in Council Tax agreed by the Council represents an annual increase in Council Tax of between £1.22 & £1.62 per year to £25.56 & £34.09, respectively. All the proceeds of this are applied in the parish of Seaton.
