| The Council is planning to provide an allotment site at the far end of the Meadow Vale Playing Fields, where it has been gifted a piece of land which has been scrub land for many years. The site will be properly controlled and administered, and the Council hopes the reintroduction of allotments in Seaton will encourage villagers to take up tenancies in the future. A Community Garden is also being planned. |
