I have lived in the village since 1984 and have been a parish councillor since 1995.

I am married to Margaret. I have two children and five grand daughters.

I worked at the post office for 14 years, at Leyland Bus factory for 20 years and at the Steel Works for 13 years.

I am now retired, however, in my working life I was a Plumber/Heating Engineer. I was brought up at Flimby and moved to Branthwaite Lane in the village with my wife, Elizabeth, in 1971. Although I was not born in Seaton, my father was - at Wice House Farm. My interests include photography, gardening and spending time with my grandchildren.

I have been a member of the Parish Council as an independent member since 1987. My roles have included being chairman; I am a member of the Brick Dubs Working Party and represent the Parish Council on the Village Hall Committee.

I have lived in the village all my life. We enjoy outdoor activities as a family, looking after our chickens and lots of gardening.

Brought up on Kelsick farm in the middle of the village, then the farm relocated in 1979 and Kelsick park was built.

I now live at New Kelsick farm with my parents, two children and husband.

I have lived in Seaton for the majority of my life, moving to the village at the age of 7.

After leaving to live and work in West Yorkshire, I returned in 1993 with my family and live in the heart of the village. I am currently one of your elected Councillors on Allerdale Borough Council.

I am proud to be President of the Village Carnival Committee, & am also coordinator for North West Cumbria Friends of Chernobyl Children.

Lived in Seaton since 1989. Married with two sons. Formerly a Director of the Cumbrian Co-operative Society & Civil Servant.

Local Preacher for over sixty years. School Governor for Seaton Junior School and has been a member of Seaton Parish Council since 1998.

Born in Workington, 3 children, a daughter and 2 sons, 4 grandchildren. Ex-pupil Cockermouth Grammar School, Served 3 years in RAF Northern Ireland.

Started in business as a mobile shop owner serving West Cumbria. Later on set up a Driving School operating for 35 years until retirement. Elected to Seaton Parish Council in 1966 until 1989, serving as Chairman 3 times.

Elected to Allerdale Borough Council in 1973, serving until 2007. Leader of the Council for 9 years and Chairman of the Cabinet. As Leader, oversaw the very successful redevelopment of the new Workington Town Centre. Over the years been very active nationally, on Regional Planning, Finance and Regeneration.

Born in Newcastle, worked for the airlines and for a newspaper on features. Moved to Seaton in 1985 when I married Jack, who I had met through show jumping. My interests are: politics, sport, particularly horseracing, show jumpingand the theatre. I have one daughter, Jamie.

Moved to Workington in 1994 with my partner, Denise, who I married in 2003.

I have lived in Seaton since 2000.

Work here included driving for Stagecoach for 10 years, then I moved to Northern Rail in 2006 where I am now Booking Office Supervisor covering Workington & Whitehaven stations.

In 1996 I set up Workington Transport Heritage Trust, a registered charity of which I am now Secretary.

I am a keen supporter of bus and rail services, and would hope to retain and promote Seaton's bus links.

I am a member of the Green Party, and Treasurer of their Allerdale and Copeland branch.

I have lived all my life in Seaton, since 1974, firstly at Braeside then Derwent Bank, where I now live. I also own the former Black Tom Inn at Camerton which I anticipate being restored to its former glory. I work in the nuclear industry and when not working can be spotted anywhere with my two Springer Spaniels.

I was new to the village in 2015, having had children in Seaton schools continuously since 2004, and moved from Workington where I grew up. A married father of four, I'm a Technical Author in the nuclear industry, having previously worked as an electrician among other things.

My wife Dawn and I also run a print and embroidery business based in Workington.

As well as representing our community on the Parish Council, I'm the representative on the Iggesund Community Group, and was elected in 2015 to represent Seaton and Camerton on Allerdale Borough Council.

I was born in 1970 and have lived in Seaton since a toddler. I work as Senior Control & Instrumentation Engineer. My main hobbies include gardening, walking and house renovating. As a councillor I want to be able to serve the villagers of Seaton by helping implement a parish plan that will enable them to have a big part in how the village develops over the next few years.
